We proudly serve top-tier consumer goods companies, including Nestle, Kraft Heinz, Sanofi, Hershey, SC Johnson, Molson Coors, Mondelez, and many more. We operate across the U.S. and globally through our subsidiary, Vista Grande Canada.

The Role

We are seeking a curious, self-motivated Market Research Analyst who will support project setup as well as data processing and tabulation, while actively leveraging modern AI tools to drive speed and precision. A qualified candidate would thrive in a fast-paced, team environment that involves multiple tasks, projects, and priorities. A strong interest in marketing research and the consumer products industry is essential. We are looking for someone eager to learn new methods, tools, and concepts with the desire to grow in the role as our company continues to expand.

The position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States. The role reports to one of our Market Research Managers located in the US or Canada, with daily collaboration across our national and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support proprietary research techniques, project setup, questionnaire design, data processing and tabulation.
Incorporate AI tools into research workflows to improve efficiency and deliverable quality, with opportunities to experiment with and develop prompts, automations, and other AI tools.
Execute quantitative data analysis in Excel and DisplayR, ensuring complete data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (ideally in market research, marketing, economics, statistics, data science, or psychology).
AI Curiosity & Agility: Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience using generative AI tools and prompt engineering for analysis or productivity.
Strong analytic and mathematical problem-solving skills.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas).
Clear written and oral communication skills.
Curiosity regarding consumer behavior and the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry and American retailers.

Beneficial Qualifications

Experience with statistical analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R, Q Research, or Python).
Familiarity with survey design, web scraping tools, and automated data extraction.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Base Salary Range: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience).
Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual target bonus of 20% of base salary based on company and individual goals.
Paid Time Off: 4 weeks (20 days) of paid vacation, plus 10 paid company holidays and sick leave.
