We are actively hiring Multi-State Licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to conduct vital, non-clinical telephonic and video health readiness assessments for active service members across the country.

What Makes This Role Different?

At Health Readiness Resources (HRR), we take the stress out of healthcare practice. When completing assessments for our programs:

❌ You are NOT diagnosing patients.

❌ You are NOT prescribing medication.

❌ You are NOT creating complex treatment plans.

❌ You are NOT providing ongoing therapy or follow-ups.

❌ You are NOT dealing with insurance claims, billing codes, or prior authorizations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote Periodic Health Assessments (PHA) and Post-Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA) via phone or video calls.
Review health questionnaires and evaluate service member health status for deployment clearance.
Provide clear patient education and guide service members on referrals to Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) as needed.
Document assessment findings accurately in electronic health record portals.

Role & Additional Requirements

Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP or PA license with at least 5 active state licenses (multi-state licensure required).
Supervision: Established active supervising or collaborating physician setup (if required by your state practice agreements).
Insurance: Current professional liability/malpractice insurance.
Skills: Comfortable with basic telehealth platforms, remote communication, and accurate electronic documentation.
Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and health care personnel registry check.
Drug Screen: Pre-employment drug screening required.
Training & Onboarding: Completion of all required training, orientation, and Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) modules (HIPAA / SC PHA) prior to onboarding.
