Senior Sales Executive

The Role

LeanPie is looking for a driven, outgoing, relationship-focused sales professional to help accelerate our next phase of growth. This role is centered around business development, relationship building, and opening doors with new clients and brand partners across the retail and display industry.

We are looking for someone who understands our world- displays, fixtures, retail environments, or related industries, and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The right candidate will be highly motivated, confident building relationships, and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future growth of LeanPie.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with retailers, brands, and strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations, from merchants and marketing teams to operations and procurement.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry relationships, referrals, trade events, and proactive outreach.
Position LeanPie as a fast paced, responsive, and solutions-oriented partner within the retail display and fixtures space.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop winning solutions for clients.
Help expand LeanPie’s presence within existing accounts while continuing to open doors with new clients.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasting and account updates.
Represent LeanPie professionally and confidently in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Contribute to the overall culture and momentum of the team with a positive, collaborative, growth-minded attitude.

Strong relationships are built quickly and maintained across multiple levels within client organizations.
Revenue growth is driven through proactive business development and strategic relationship management.

You help create momentum and energy within the sales organization while supporting the success of the broader team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in retail displays, fixtures, retail environments, POP/POS, or a related industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations and building connections with new clients.
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to grow both personally and professionally.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute wherever needed.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where agility, accountability, and initiative matter.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience.
