Clinton, MO (Relocation Assistance Available) - working remote is also an option

Learn from the best. Then become the best.
This is not a job for the faint of heart, and it is not a job for everyone. If you have spent years in the retail automotive trenches — managing stores, reading P&Ls, leading teams, and earning the respect of dealer principals — then you already understand the world our 20 Group members live in. Now imagine stepping out of the store and into the room where those same dealers come to sharpen each other.
ARC operates peer performance groups — 20 Groups — for franchise and independent automotive dealers across the country. These groups are where dealer principals and general managers share financials, benchmark performance, and hold each other accountable. The person who facilitates that room is part data analyst, part coach, part executive facilitator, and entirely unforgettable.
You will be trained personally by Justin M. Osburn, one of the most accomplished 20 Group Moderators in the Country. This is a rare apprenticeship — structured, intensive, and designed to transfer the full craft of elite moderation. If you prove yourself, you will inherit a portfolio of groups and begin building one of the most unique and rewarding careers in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, recruit, and close new 20 Group member nominees
- Work national conventions alongside the ARC team to generate leads and build relationships
- Facilitate and moderate retail automotive 20 Group meetings across the country
- Write detailed, professional agendas for each 20 Group session
- Own all room setup, logistics, and administrative coordination for meetings
- Study member financials deeply — you will know every number in the room before the meeting starts
- Conduct proactive member outreach between meetings to assist and strengthen retention
- Organize and lead committee meetings in advance of each 20 Group session
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and general managers
Who You Are
You don’t shy away from a room full of dominant personalities — you thrive in it. You are assertive without being arrogant, relational without losing control of the agenda, and urgent without creating anxiety. When a dealer principal goes on a tangent, you shut it down with a smile. When the room needs energy, you bring it. When someone needs to hear a hard truth drawn from another group’s data, you deliver it with confidence.
- High energy, charismatic, and commanding as a speaker and room facilitator
- Assertive — unafraid to redirect, correct, or refocus dealer principals
- Relational and coach-minded — you build trust quickly and make people feel heard
- Spontaneous and adaptable — you pivot on the fly when the room demands it
- Analytically fluent — you can read a financial statement and speak to it naturally in a group setting
- Self-motivated and structured when working independently across multiple time zones and locations
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of retail automotive experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead, facilitate, or present in high-stakes group settings
- Preferred to reside within 30 minutes of Clinton, MO — relocation assistance up to $15,000 available - not required, remote work from home-base office is an option.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically 80% of the time (occasional international travel)
- Clean record — candidates with financial crimes history will not be considered
- Must be free of any active non-compete agreement at time of hire
- 20 Group or peer group experience is a plus, but not required — we will teach the craft
Already working as a 20 Group facilitator at another organization and intrigued by what a different model looks like? If you are free to explore and free to move, we want to hear from you. Geographic exceptions may be considered for the right candidate already working in this space.

You will start by owning the administrative, logistical, and member recruitment functions — learning the ARC system from the inside out. You will attend every 20 Group alongside Justin, progressively taking on more of the facilitation until groups are handed to you.
Upon successful completion of training and your probationary period, a portfolio of active 20 Groups will be transferred to you — along with the full commission on those members. This is not a vague promise. It is a defined transition built into how ARC grows.
ARC is building. As the company expands its group count, the right person in this role has a clear path to a 20 Group Director role, overseeing multiple moderators and a larger portfolio.
