Our mission is to make flavorful, convenient and better-for-you cooking accessible to everyday consumers through our simple “Just Coat & Cook!” concept.

Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and passionate Healthy Cooking Food Creators to join our team in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Missouri.

We are seeking a creative Healthy Cooking Content Creator to produce engaging short-form cooking videos featuring our marinades and seasonings.

The ideal candidate is passionate about healthy cooking, food content and social media and can make simple meals look delicious, easy and achievable.

You will demonstrate how consumers can use our products to quickly prepare flavorful meals using a grill, air fryer, oven or stovetop.

Responsibilities

Create 2–4 short-form cooking videos per month featuring our products.
Develop simple, healthy and visually appealing recipes using chicken, beef, seafood, pork and vegetables.
Demonstrate the “Just Coat & Cook!” process from seasoning to finished meal.
Create content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
Develop attention-grabbing openings/hooks within the first few seconds of each video.
Showcase the product, preparation process and finished meal in an appetizing way.
Provide captions, recipe descriptions and suggested social media copy.
Collaborate with our team on content ideas, products and campaigns.
Stay current with food, healthy cooking and short-form video trends.
Participate in occasional product campaigns tied to other retail promotions.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about healthy, flavorful cooking.
Comfortable preparing and presenting food on camera.
Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar content.
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Able to create high-quality smartphone video with good lighting, sound and food presentation.
Creative, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
Experience with food brands, CPG products or recipe development is a plus.
Existing social media following is helpful but not required; content quality and engagement are more important than follower count.

We are looking for creators who can turn a simple seasoning packet into an irresistible meal—and make consumers want to try it themselves.

Pay: $24.94 - $30.03 per hour
