Full Job Description

Yoh has an immediate, 6-9 month contract opportunity, as a Senior Technical Training Consultant – Blood Management Systems within the Non Profit/Humanitarian industry to join our client, Remote, EST Only.

$55-60/hr.
40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Resume must explicitly indicate experience designing and delivering technical training for large-scale system implementations; strong Instructional Design (IDD) expertise required.

You will design, develop, and deliver complex technical training programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and effectiveness. Serve as an SME across course design and delivery while supporting Blood Management System implementation and meeting critical project timelines.

You must be located in EDT, location must be clear on resume*

**Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983**

What You Will Be Doing

Implement, operate, design, administer and/or document technical training programs, practices and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and current industry standards.
Establish and maintain consulting relationship with client group. Establish goals and objectives for assigned functional area instruction in conjunction with Management. Assess training program effectiveness, employee progress and delivery effectiveness.
Lead performance improvement projects. Design and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Develop courses and tests using a variety of instructional strategies and applications as applicable. May be involved in vendor selection.
Typically serves as SME and may lead other professional staff.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 7 years of related technical experience required or in assigned functional area to include fully successful completion of most recent competency assessment, if applicable.
Proficiency in instructional systems design (IDD) or education required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and come up to speed on new items quickly.
Experience with Blood Blanking, Blood Management or Biomedical Services HIGHLY PREFERRED
Proven ability to present information to groups of various sizes. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or applicable software applications. Ability to work on a team.
Available for travel as required by the Project (limited)
