Student Loan Sales Representative (California Only – Remote After Training)
We are a document preparation company specializing in federal student loan forgiveness programs. Our team helps students and graduates apply for programs that can reduce interest rates, lower monthly payments, shorten repayment terms, and reduce total student loan debt.
Student loans can be overwhelming and stressful. Our mission is to guide clients through the application process and help them access federal programs that may improve their financial situation. We handle the document preparation and submit applications directly to the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) on behalf of our clients.
Position Overview
The student loan industry is active again, and we are currently looking for 2–3 experienced sales representatives located in California to join our team.
Our marketing consistently generates inbound opportunities. Our average representative closes 2–4 deals per day using our system and lead flow.
We are looking for experienced, compliant closers who understand sales and genuinely care about helping clients navigate their options.
This position requires candidates to be based in California and attend in-person training before transitioning to a remote work-from-home setup.

Compensation
- 20-25% commission on payments, including residuals
- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses (spiffs)
- Opportunities to increase commission based on performance
If you can consistently close deals, we will ensure you have the leads and support needed to build a strong income.
Ideal Candidate
- Must be based in California
- Sales experience (student loan industry experience preferred)
- Strong closing ability
- Professional communication skills
- Compliant and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently after training
Additional Information
We provide a strong, consistent lead flow—our system is designed to keep our agents busy and closing. You will have access to inbound calls, SMS outreach, email, and ringless voicemail (VMS) to maximize your contact and conversion opportunities.
Our goal is not to build a large team, but rather to work with 2–3 reliable, high-performing agents we can consistently support, feed quality opportunities to, and help build a long-term pipeline.
We are looking for individuals who can take advantage of a steady flow of leads, stay organized, and convert opportunities into closed deals. Experience is preferred, especially in student loans or similar sales environments.
