UGC Partnership Manager

Who We're Looking For We're looking for a D2C E-Commerce UGC Partnership Manager who knows how to source, negotiate, and collaborate with creators to produce authentic video content that converts in our Meta Ad Funnels. If you can spot raw talent, negotiate win-win partnerships, and manage a pipeline of creators who deliver thumb-stopping, direct-response assets—we need you on our team at Bear Balanced.

This role is laser-focused on fueling our creative engine. You'll be the bridge between our brand and the creators who bring our products to life on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Every partnership you manage has one job: supply our media buyers and video editors with high-performing raw footage that drives lower acquisition costs and higher ROAS.

What You'll Actually Do

Manage the Creator pipeline. Own the end-to-end creator relationship, from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding, product seeding, and final asset delivery.
Master discovery platforms. Utilize Creator platform tools to scout, vet, and recruit a diverse roster of talent that aligns with our target avatars and brand aesthetic.
Collaborate on creative briefs. Co-work seamlessly with our Creative Strategists to develop precise, direct-response brief templates that give creators clear direction on hooks, angles, and CTAs while maintaining their authentic voice.
Command the communications. Serve as the primary point of contact for all creators. You will handle rate negotiations, usage rights agreements, and ongoing relationship building.
Enforce delivery timelines. Project-manage video submission deadlines with ruthless efficiency, ensuring a consistent, uninterrupted flow of fresh creative for our growth team.
Quality control and feedback. Review incoming raw footage to ensure it hits the brief's requirements. You will provide constructive, actionable feedback to creators for revisions before passing the final assets to our video editing team.
Connect creative to performance. Stay plugged into the data. Understand which creators and video formats are driving the best metrics so you can double down on winning talent and strategies.

What You Bring to the Table

Proven UGC management chops. You have a track record of sourcing and managing creators for D2C e-commerce brands, and you know what it takes to build a high-volume content pipeline.
Direct-response intuition. You understand the anatomy of a winning Meta or TikTok ad. You know why the first 3 seconds matter, how to build trust quickly, and what makes a viewer click "Add to Cart."
Fierce organization. You are meticulous with details. You can manage dozens of ongoing DM threads, email chains, contracts, and product shipments without letting a single deadline slip through the cracks.
Strong negotiation skills. You are comfortable discussing budgets, usage rights, and exclusivity, always securing favorable terms while maintaining positive, long-term relationships with creators.
Tech and tool fluency. You are highly comfortable navigating influencer discovery platforms, CRM tools, and project management software to keep the pipeline organized.
A collaboration mindset. You work incredibly well cross-functionally, ready to partner with strategists, media buyers, and editors to bring winning ads to life.
Bonus points if: You have a background in the health, wellness, or supplement space and understand how to navigate compliance while still driving urgency and conversions.

Compensation, Growth & Incentives

We believe in rewarding the people who fuel our growth. This position starts with a competitive base salary, with a structured review at the 90-day mark to evaluate your pipeline efficiency and adjust your base pay upward. Outstanding performance opens doors for significant upside; this role includes monthly bonus/quarterly bonus performance incentives/pay raises tied directly to asset delivery volume, content turnaround times, and the conversion performance of the creator assets you bring into our ad accounts. If you build a winning pipeline, your compensation will scale alongside it.
