Job Summary

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required—your native German language expertise and understanding of speech and pronunciation are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

Record clear, high-quality German audio samples to support AI model development.
Annotate speech data with a high level of linguistic and phonetic accuracy.
Contribute to the design and execution of speech data collection workflows.
Evaluate AI-generated language outputs and provide feedback to improve pronunciation, fluency, and language understanding.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Apply your expertise in German phonetics, pronunciation, and regional language variations throughout the project.
Document findings and communicate insights clearly with remote team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Native fluency in German with deep familiarity with regional accents, dialects, and language nuances.
Experience with speech annotation, transcription, or speech data collection workflows.
Strong understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and linguistic principles.
Previous experience in audio recording, voice acting, podcasting, audio engineering, broadcasting, or communications is highly valued.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience contributing to AI training or speech annotation projects.
Background in linguistics, audio engineering, speech technology, or related disciplines.
Experience evaluating audio quality or providing linguistic quality assurance for speech datasets.
