Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support operational efficiency and data integrity. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will ensure seamless office workflows, enhance client communication, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for maintaining precise records in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with speed and accuracy.
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Assist with office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading.
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track financial transactions.
Collaborate with team members on data verification processes, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite—including Word, Excel, and Google Workspace—to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Handle clerical responsibilities such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Offer customer support through phone communication and email correspondence while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Experience

Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles within an office environment is essential.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping tools is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy.
Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques.
