About the Role
Fullsphere Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Reno, Nevada. We partner with businesses across a variety of industries to manage and grow their digital presence through social media, content creation, photography, videography, SEO, websites, paid advertising, and more.
We're looking for an experienced, highly organized, and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
This is not simply a posting and scheduling position. Our Social Media Manager plays a key role in developing client strategies, managing client relationships, leading Social Media Coordinators, and working directly with our creative team to turn marketing goals into engaging content.
The ideal candidate can confidently manage multiple client accounts while balancing strategy, creative direction, client communication, team leadership, and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars across multiple client accounts
- Ensure content aligns with client marketing goals, brand standards, campaigns, events, and upcoming initiatives
- Review and approve content calendars before client delivery
- Write and edit social media copy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other platforms
- Communicate directly with clients regarding content, revisions, approvals, campaigns, and marketing goals
- Lead client meetings to establish goals, priorities, campaigns, and ongoing social media strategies
- Manage and provide direction to Social Media Coordinators
- Communicate client and internal revisions to the appropriate team members and oversee completion
- Develop creative concepts, campaigns, content calendar frameworks, and promotional ideas
- Create graphics and social media assets as needed
- Develop detailed photo and video shot lists based on client goals and upcoming content needs
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and other creative team members to ensure content is completed on schedule
- Assist during photo and video shoots with content creation, creative direction, shot-list management, and occasional on-camera participation when appropriate
- Maintain organized client content, creative assets, and files within company systems
- Gather information from clients and other sources for upcoming promotions, events, campaigns, and announcements
- Create and manage social media event listings and supporting event graphics
- Assist with email newsletter strategy, copy, and campaign creation
- Participate in event, promotional, and campaign ideation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client social media presence and performance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can balance creativity, organization, leadership, strategy, and client communication.
The right candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of client accounts while keeping track of deadlines, approvals, content shoots, campaigns, team assignments, and changing priorities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional social media management, marketing, or agency experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project-management abilities
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously
- Experience communicating directly with clients
- Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into creative social media strategies
- Experience developing content calendars and social media campaigns
- Graphic design experience, particularly with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable collaborating with photographers, videographers, editors, and other creative professionals
- Ability to give and receive creative feedback
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team
- Comfortable managing deadlines and shifting priorities
Agency experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with photography, videography, video editing, email marketing, paid social media, or event marketing is a plus but not required.
Compensation
$55,000–$70,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to base salary, team members have opportunities to earn additional compensation for generating new business:
- New Client Bonus: 25% of the first month's contract gross profit
- One-Off Project Bonus: 30% of gross profit on qualifying one-off projects
