Full Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As FP&A Manager, you will help shape how Jensen Infrastructure plans, measures, and improves business performance across a multi-site manufacturing network. This is a highly visible finance leadership role focused on forecasting, reporting, costing strategy, and turning financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight.

A HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE:

Leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance review processes across multiple manufacturing locations.
Owning and improving product costing, standard cost, overhead absorption, and cost allocation methodologies to strengthen margin visibility and decision-making.
Partnering with operations and plant leadership to analyze performance, explain variances, and identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and cost control.
Building and refining driver-based forecasting models, scenario planning tools, and standardized reporting packages for leadership, lenders, and board-level audiences.
Supporting month-end close, inventory valuation, audit activities, physical inventory analysis, and other key financial review processes.
Turning complex financial and operational information into practical recommendations that help leaders make better business decisions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; CMA or MBA preferred.
Strong manufacturing finance experience, with a solid understanding of costing, inventory valuation, and operational performance drivers.
Proven FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting experience.
Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP experience; IFS or similar ERP experience is a plus.
A strategic, hands-on finance partner who can influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across operations and accounting.
A self-starter with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
