Full Job Description

STS Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Operators who can confidently set up, program, and operate CNC machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable working from blueprints, making program adjustments, and ensuring all finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments when necessary
Maintain production records and quality documentation
Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

3+ years of CNC machining experience
Experience with CNC mills and lathes
Strong blueprint reading skills
Knowledge of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Ability to troubleshoot machining issues independently
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
