We are currently seeking motivated and outgoing In-Store Event Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, creating positive customer experiences, and generating interest in products and services through face-to-face engagement.

As an In-Store Event Lead Generation Specialist, you will represent our company at various retail locations, engage with customers, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them discover the benefits of our home improvement solutions and setting appointments for our sales team. Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Pay: Earn $23.00-$30.00 per hour on average. Our top canvassers make over $70K annually.
Guaranteed Base Pay with a competitive bonus plan.

Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed weekly lead-generation targets.
Track Progress: Use our company-provided tools and technology to accurately report and track leads.
