Asphalt & Paving Estimator Details:

Prepare detailed construction estimates using project specifications, takeoffs, historical cost data, and supplier pricing.
Develop project budgets and communicate awarded bids to field personnel.
Coordinate DOT, Federal Highway, municipal, and other public works projects.
Review plans, specifications, and design options to identify cost-effective project solutions.
Ensure projects comply with company safety standards, OSHA/MSHA regulations, and quality expectations.

Asphalt & Paving Estimator Qualifications:

Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and construction experience.
2–5 years of construction estimating, project management, and DOT/municipal construction experience.
Experience with estimating software, B2W, takeoff software, and CADD files.
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, contracts, and prepare accurate project estimates.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
