Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are a custom furniture building company in Rexburg, Idaho that has been expanding aggressively and we are seeking a highly organized and proactive operations manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop and by managing production list, ensuring the has every detail and material required to complete production, monitoring production goals and making necessary adjustments, administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and facilitating a good workflow for the shop. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage daily shop operations and ensure efficient workflow
Ordering materials for upcoming projects
communicating directly with customers to ensure all order details are correct
Managing the production queue and communicating with to ensure all tasks are in a timely manner
Maintain office supplies and shop inventory and order as necessary.
Updating the production schedule and confirming customer order details prior to beginning a new project
occasional cleaning and maintaining of shop space to ensure productive workflow
Other duties as required

Requirements

Full-time. 8 AM to 5 PM. Monday through Friday.

Please do not apply if you can only do Part-time work

Proven experience in an administrative role with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective communication with customers, and handling issues in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
