Position Overview: Daily oversight of Campaign Segmentation process, incl metrics & analysis, Continuous improvement agenda & business case for ideas. Develop & drive strategic goals for team to meet dept imperatives. Lead change management around segmentation capability roll-out, Maintain process document & review cycle. Manage horizontal processes of Stmt Optimization & Cross Sell services. Partner with IT, M&A, Ops & other div. Subject Matter expert in Segmentation process release, Qs/issues escalation, triage & resolution. Automate campaign process pulling data from data sources assisted Busn/Operation Analysts, Project Mgrs on diff fin models & spreadsheets & conduct root cause analysis & develop value added solutions. Design/refine reports used to ID data quality issues.

Required Skills: Master’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent. Employment will accept any combination of education, training & experience equivalent to MS in Info Systems as determined by Credential evaluation including a BS in any subject +5 years of progressive, post -BS experience. Experience in &/or Knowledge of Unix, SAS, Oracle 8.0, incl. VB ASP, Ftp plus Visual sciences, Windows NT, MVS, DB2, SQL, PL/SQL,, SQL*NET, Shell scripting, Unica, Toad, MS Access, Java SQL*Loader, ETL, VBA, SQL Server, Informatica & Teradata.
