Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, qualifying leads, and establishing initial contact with potential clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our customer base and revenue streams. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly motivated, and possesses a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with a focus on technology solutions and territory management. Key Responsibilities:

This position offers a base salary plus commission.

You will develop business for a Temporary staffing employment agency

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify potential clients
Qualify inbound leads and assess their needs to determine sales potential
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects within assigned territories
Schedule product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities within CRM software such as hubspot
Support account management efforts by nurturing relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
Assist in developing territory management plans to maximize coverage and engagement
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies

Skills:

Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or inside sales within a B2B environment
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Familiarity with territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques
Demonstrated ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
