What You'll Do

As our Patient Access Coordinator, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our patients — setting the tone for their entire visit. Your day-to-day will include:

· Greeting patients and managing smooth, efficient check-in and check-out

· Collecting payments accurately and maintaining financial integrity

· Keeping patient demographic and insurance information current and correct

· Verifying insurance as needed

· Preparing and organizing patient charts ahead of appointments

· Answering registration and operational questions with warmth and clarity

· Being a steady, professional presence that keeps our front office running seamlessly

· Maintaining meticulous documentation and communication records

· Safeguarding patient and financial confidentiality at every turn

What You Bring

· Front office or healthcare administrative experience (preferred, not required)

· A genuine passion for customer service and patient care

· Strong organizational skills and clear, confident communication

· Comfort with basic computer systems; insurance verification knowledge is a plus

· A team-first mindset and a positive, can-do energy

What We Offer

· Starting pay: $17 - $19/hour (based on experience)
