responsibilities:
- Execute high-level laboratory testing and non-routine experiments for novel therapeutics, including peptides, oligonucleotides, and viral/non-viral delivery systems.

Perform analytical testing using HPLC, field flow fractionation (FFF/AF4), and sub-micron particle analysis methodologies.

Prepare wet chemistry solutions, complex mobile phases, and multi-component formulations independently.

Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and solve scientific problems to build product and process knowledge.

Author protocols, SOPs, and technical reports while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and data integrity standards.

Present scientific findings to cross-functional project teams and department meetings.
qualifications:
Required:
- Master's Degree with 4+ years of industry experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of industry experience.

Proven experience with HPLC and traditional chromatography methods.

Expertise in wet chemistry preparation (buffers, mobile phases, formulations).

Demonstrated track record of laboratory experiment design, data evaluation, and technical reporting.
Preferred:
- Experience with plate assays, particle sizing (DLS, FlowCam), NMR spectroscopy, or biophysical testing (PCR, electrophoresis).
