Position Overview
The Aesthetic Injector is responsible for delivering exceptional aesthetic and wellness services while providing elevated patient experiences aligned with Summer Aesthetics’ brand standards, clinical protocols, and patient-first philosophy. This role combines advanced clinical skill, artistry, patient education, relationship-building, and revenue performance expectations within a collaborative, high-performance medical aesthetics environment.
The Aesthetic Injector is expected to provide safe, natural-looking outcomes through comprehensive consultations, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing patient support. This position requires a strong commitment to continued education, professionalism, clinical excellence, and long-term patient retention.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including (but not limited to): neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRF/ezGel, PDO threads, and other services within scope of practice.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and full-face assessments to evaluate candidacy, aesthetic concerns, and long-term treatment goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on natural, balanced, and results-driven outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation within the EMR system, including treatment records, photography, consent forms, and follow-up notes.
- Adhere to all clinic treatment protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment in accordance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulatory requirements.
- Support pre- and post-treatment education and patient follow-up to ensure safety, satisfaction, and continuity of care.
- Administer wellness-related services including vitamin injections, peptide therapy, medical weight loss support, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy within scope and training.
- Educate and support patients throughout their wellness journeys through ongoing communication, accountability, and individualized care.
- Maintain current knowledge of advancements in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, wellness therapies, and functional medicine.
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and communication.
- Respond to patient questions, concerns, and follow-up needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver thoughtful, high-touch patient experiences that support long-term retention and patient satisfaction.
- Uphold Summer Aesthetics’ standards for professionalism, hospitality, and elevated patient care.
- Collaborate effectively with providers, estheticians, leadership, and front desk team members to support clinic flow and operational excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training, certifications, team meetings, and educational opportunities.
- Assist with practice growth initiatives through patient education, referrals, treatment planning, and relationship-building.
- Support marketing efforts through participation in social media content, photography, video, events, promotions, and educational campaigns as requested.
- Maintain professionalism and accountability while contributing positively to team culture and clinic performance.

Revenue Expectations & Bonus Structure
This role includes revenue performance expectations consistent with SUMMIT Bonus Plan. Revenue, utilization, retention, and performance metrics are communicated during onboarding and are aligned with experience level, provider ramp up period, clinic demand, and market conditions.
- Hourly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals

Bonus eligibility based on achieving or exceeding established performance benchmarks.
Compensation opportunities may vary based on tenure, clinic location, certifications, and clinical performance.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and performing treatments for extended periods of time (up to 8–10 hours/day)
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills necessary to safely and effectively perform injectable procedures
- Visual acuity sufficient to assess facial anatomy and perform precision-based treatments
- Bending, reaching, lifting, and movement of clinical supplies and equipment up to 25 lbs
- Ability to wear clinical PPE and remain compliant during treatments
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and team members in a fast-paced clinical environment

Qualifications
- Active Washington Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Associate (PA) license required (Oregon licensure preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an aesthetic injector in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
- Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required
- Experience with PRF, biostimulators, PDO threads, regenerative treatments, or wellness services preferred
- Strong consultation skills with the ability to perform comprehensive facial assessments and long-term treatment planning
- Exceptional communication, patient care, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Experience with Zenoti EMR system preferred

Work Schedule & Environment
- Position may include evenings, weekends, or event shifts based on business needs
- Requires working in a medical aesthetics environment with exposure to needles, lasers, skincare products, bloodborne pathogens, and clinical equipment
