Education and/or Experience
- Vocational or technical training/experience in grading/site development - desirable
- OSHA - 10 Hour Certification – required.
- OSHA - 30 Hour Certification – required.
- First Aid/CPR – required.
- Valid driver’s license – required.
- All-terrain material handler certification –required.
- Aerial lift certification – required.
- WBI Craft Training and other certifications up through Level I – required after hired.

- Has completed or able to complete all the skillsets and pre-requisites required of a GEO Group Pump Operator
- Able to complete the Operator Tech Skills Tests for mini excavator, material handler, man basket and skidsteers.
- Working knowledge of excavators, loaders, skidsteers. (Equipment Operator)
- Equipment inspection of all types of equipment as well as proper start up and shut down.
Skillsets to be Mastered
- Operation of all grout/concrete pump, grout/concrete plant.
- Ability to identify good and bad grout, concrete.
- Ability to recognize when proper drainage is not able to occur.
- Able to identify and correct hazards associated with the WBI equipment.
- The Civil and Geo Structural Group Best Practices
- Ability to complete the tasks listed in them, as applicable.
- Able to complete the Operator Skills Tests for grout/concrete pump..
