Sales Associate / Inside Sales

Buy-Rite Beauty – Savannah, GA – NOT a REMOTE Position

Join a Growing Ecommerce Sales Team

Buy-Rite Beauty is a fast-growing ecommerce company specializing in professional salon and spa furniture. We work with salon owners, cosmetology schools, and beauty professionals across the country to provide high-quality equipment and outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play an active role in supporting sales and driving revenue growth.

Our team receives a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries every day, creating strong opportunities to assist customers, build relationships, and contribute directly to sales.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and confident communicating with customers by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order details.
Assist customers with product selection and guide them through the purchasing process.
Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities through follow-up communication.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on quotes, leads, and customer inquiries.
Build strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive communication.

Sales Support & Order Coordination

Prepare sales quotes, order estimates, and documentation for customer orders.
Collect and verify required customer information needed to process orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with order updates, product questions, and general support.

Product Knowledge

Continuously develop knowledge of our product line including specifications, accessories, warranties, and vendor information.
Use product knowledge to confidently assist customers and support the sales process.

Administrative & Sales Operations Support

Complete necessary documentation for order processing and sales records.
Maintain organized customer communication through email and internal systems.
Manage a high volume of inbound calls using a multi-line phone system.
Provide occasional backup support for front desk call coverage when needed.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional phone presence.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails daily.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
2-4 Years Inside Sales Experience Required
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar systems is a plus.

Buy-Rite Beauty currently matches employee contributions up to 6% of wages. Employees are eligible after one (1) year of employment, with enrollment dates of January 1 and July 1 each year.

Profit Sharing
Employees are eligible after one (1) year of employment. Participation in the 401(k) is not required to qualify for profit sharing. Buy-Rite Beauty has made additional profit-sharing contributions to all eligible employees in each of the last 10 years.

Medical Insurance
Buy-Rite Beauty pays a minimum of 50% of the employee’s health insurance premium each year. Insurance premiums are paid through a Section 125 plan using pre-tax payroll deductions.

Standard Office Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (EST)

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
