Salary: $90K–$110K + Monthly Bonuses
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Albuquerque, NM Clinic

Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends!

What You'll Be Doing

Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit

Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
Generous Sign-On Bonus - Based on start date and location
Student loan repayment (A new incentive!) - earn up to $437 per month toward your loans!
3 week Paid Sabbatical! Three weeks fully paid after 36 months, 100% separate from and in addition to your PTO
