ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is not a typical assistant role.
You are:
- The right hand to the CEO
- The engine behind the scenes
- The front face of our client and community experience
You will help manage:
- The day-to-day operations of a growing mental health practice
- The moving pieces behind events, speaking, and community work
- The systems that allow us to serve more people without burnout
This role grows into:
-Chief of Staff / Operations Leader
A DAY IN THE LIFE
No two days look the same—but this is the energy:
9:00 AM – Client Experience First
A new client inquiry comes in.
You:
- Respond quickly and warmly
- Match them with the right clinician
- Get them scheduled
- Ensure they feel seen before they even step in the door
By the time LaVante checks in—it’s handled.
Midday – Protecting the Vision
The calendar is full:
- Therapy sessions
- A school assembly planning call
- A podcast interview
- A personal commitment
You already:
- Fixed conflicts
- Prioritized what matters
- Built in breathing room
Because your job is to protect her time and energy
Afternoon – True2U & Community Work
A school is preparing for a True2U Mental Health Assembly
You:
- Confirm logistics (DJ, materials, assessments, timing)
- Communicate with school staff
- Ensure everything runs smoothly
You’re not just planning an event.
You’re helping create an experience that could change a student’s life.
3:00 PM – Systems & Growth
You notice:
- Intake questions keep repeating
- A process is slowing the team down
So you:
- Create a better system
- Document it
- Improve how the practice runs
You don’t just do tasks.
You build infrastructure.
4:30 PM – Team & Follow Through
A clinician needs support.
A client follow-up is pending.
A newsletter needs to go out.
Nothing sits.
Because you are the person who ensures:
-Things get done

-The business keeps moving
