Full Job Description

```Duties```
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of a team or department
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve department goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee performance and department activities
- Resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the team or department

```Requirements```
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical documentation and terminology
- Familiarity with patient assessment and data collection processes
- Understanding of behavioral health principles, including applied behavior analysis
- Experience with diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism or other behavioral health needs
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
