CAT Exteriors is looking for a driven, competitive leader to build and lead our new Field Marketing division from the ground up.
This is not a desk job or a traditional management position. You’ll recruit the team, develop the people, build the systems, and lead from the field.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing canvassing team
Develop future leaders and create a winning culture
Lead daily training, coaching, and field activity
Drive accountability through clear KPIs and performance standards
Work directly with executive leadership to grow and scale the division
Who We’re Looking For
We want a hungry, self-motivated builder who is competitive, resilient, coachable, and willing to lead from the front.
Extensive management experience isn’t required. Work ethic, leadership ability, and the drive to win matter more.
Compensation
Base Salary: $52,000–$60,000
On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$120,000+
Performance bonuses are based on recruiting, team growth, appointment quality, production, revenue, and leadership development.
