Full Job Description

Aesthetic Nurse (RN) — Injectables & Energy Devices

Spectrum Skin Clinic (aesthetics / cosmetic dermatology) and The Pur Health (medical & wellness), led by Dr. Sabeen Munib, MD, are hiring an Aesthetic Nurse (RN) to deliver injectable and energy-device treatments under the physician's supervision and protocols. We serve educated, high-expectation patients and lead with honest education, clinical judgment, safety, and results — not hard selling.

What you'll do

Perform cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, under physician supervision, standardized procedures, and appropriate good-faith-exam requirements.
Deliver laser and energy-device treatments under physician protocols, including IPL/SWT, Nd:YAG/pico pigment treatments, RF microneedling, fractional CO2 resurfacing, skin tightening, and body-contouring platforms.
Operate current platforms, which may include Nordlys, Fraxis Duo, Secret PRO / RF microneedling platforms, Pico/pigment laser, Vzet HIFU, Lipozet Pro, and related devices.
Select settings appropriately by Fitzpatrick skin type, indication, treatment area, risk profile, and safety protocol.
Conduct consultations and skin assessments; build treatment plans with the patient and physician; set realistic expectations.
Recognize and manage adverse events and complications per protocol — including injectable complications, laser/energy reactions, burns, and PIH risk — with urgent escalation to the physician.
Capture consents, clinical documentation, before/after photography, and follow-up notes to standard.

Supporting The Pur Health (medical/wellness)

Administer wellness and weight-management therapies under physician orders, IV/IM therapies, and related services, and support medical visits as needed.

Required qualifications

Active, unrestricted California RN license (BSN preferred).
Aesthetic injector experience (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) preferred.
Strong facial anatomy and danger-zone knowledge.
Laser/energy-device experience and laser safety training.
Experience treating diverse skin tones and understanding PIH risk strongly preferred.
BLS required; ACLS preferred.
Conservative clinical judgment and comfort escalating complications.
Works within California scope of practice under physician supervision/delegation and good-faith-exam requirements.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site. Compensation depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives on aesthetic services.
