Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

RSM Auto Body Express is seeking an experienced and highly organized Collision Estimator to join our growing collision repair team. The ideal candidate has strong experience writing auto body collision estimates, managing parts, delivering exceptional customer service, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with customers, insurance companies, vendors, and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish. Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Write accurate and detailed collision repair estimates using CCC ONE
Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process
Manage parts ordering, tracking, returns, and supplements
Review repair plans with technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain organized documentation and repair files
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination
Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Auto Body Collision Estimator required
Strong proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software required
Knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance processes
Experience with parts management and ordering
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not a requiment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license required
