Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of body mechanics and anatomy, with the ability to educate clients on proper techniques and movements. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes that promote strength, flexibility, and overall wellness, while fostering a supportive and motivating environment for participants of all skill levels.

Duties

Conduct engaging Reformer Pilates classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring safety and effectiveness in all exercises.
Educate clients on proper body mechanics and alignment during workouts to prevent injuries.
Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide modifications as needed to accommodate individual needs.
Maintain knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance client understanding of the benefits of Pilates.
Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client participation and retention.
Assist in fitness sales by promoting classes and programs to potential clients.
Collaborate with other fitness professionals, including personal trainers and group exercise instructors, to create a cohesive fitness experience for clients.

Experience

Previous experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness role is preferred.
Need to be certified as a Pilates instructor.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics is essential.
Background in personal training, dance, or other fitness disciplines is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate and educate clients on fitness principles.
