ALKEME Insurance is seeking a strategic Director of Human Rresources - Talent Experience to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen our culture, leadership pipeline, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This highly visible role partners with executive leadership to develop scalable talent strategies while supporting the integration of newly acquired agencies in our fast-growing, acquisition-driven organization

What You'll Do as Director of Human Resources - Talent Experience

Lead enterprise talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
Design and enhance performance management, career development, and organizational development programs
Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building strategies
Lead HR integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding, communications, and organizational transition planning
Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and strategic business initiatives
Oversee cross-functional HR transformation projects, process improvements, and change management efforts
Develop executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations using workforce data and insights

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Proven experience leading mergers & acquisitions integration, organizational change, and enterprise HR initiatives.
Strong executive presence with excellent leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Experience in multi-location organizations; insurance brokerage, financial services, private equity-backed environments, and SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP, or Change Management certifications are a plus.
