Full Job Description

Looking for a personable TEAM member with management skills at our facility. Applicant must have organizational skills and can complete patient scheduling in-person or by phone with proper etiquette. Must also be able to utilize standard software for patient encounters, management, check in/out, as well as have organizational skill-sets along with team camaraderie. We are a team that likes to operate together and have a positive internal culture. Must have a knowledge of business development and social media awareness.

This position can lead to other opportunities to grow within the business into a management role with increased benefits. We want team members to excel within the growth of the business.

Main Aim of Job:

Assist chiropractor(s) and other team members with providing optimal patient care and smooth daily functioning of office. Responsible for reception of new developments, critical thinking and implementation of improved systems and office flow. Be able to lead through actions and delegation with recognition of staff attributes as new amenities are established within office. Operating with high-level communication and organization inside the clinic and driving internal and external communication via events/social media campaigns.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Leadership qualities and think ahead mindset

2. Ability to learn and work with team and Dr's to improve SOPs and efficiencies within the office

3. Ability to work with office compatible software. Ex: ChiroTouch, MindBody and Google Documents/Calendars (in office training is available)

4. Build relationships, create events and partnerships with vendors within the community to enhance brand awareness

5. Measure goals and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

6. Facilitate the onboarding of new employees through various activities such as training, orientation, administration, feedback sessions and follow up

7. Implement human resource programs by providing human resource services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and wellness benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, and completing personnel transactions

8. Develop into leadership roles and support brand awareness and business growth

9. Ability to adapt and continue to forward think with a growth mindset

10. Continuation of developmental roles with progress within the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
