Full Job Description

Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guests and our hotel operations during overnight hours. In this energetic role, you will ensure seamless financial reconciliation, uphold exceptional guest service standards, and maintain the safety and security of the property. Your expertise in hotel management systems and guest relations will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Duties

Conduct nightly financial audits to verify all transactions, including room charges, payments, and reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP or similar platforms.
Prepare and distribute detailed reports on revenue, occupancy, and other key performance indicators for management review.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours.
Handle check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals or early departures with professionalism and accuracy, utilizing hospitality reservation systems.
Enforce hotel emergency procedures, including fire safety protocols and incident reporting, to ensure a safe environment for everyone on property.
Assist with front desk operations by managing phone communication with clarity and hospitality etiquette, supporting guest relations around the clock.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly within front desk or night audit roles.
Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication to enhance guest satisfaction.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during critical situations.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally during overnight shifts.
Previous resort experience is a plus, along with a solid understanding of guest relations and hospitality standards.
