What You'll Do

As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming billets and materials for quality and accuracy.
Stock and organize inventory and production materials.
Utilize precision measuring equipment including Vision Measuring Systems (VMS), Caliper, & Micrometers.
Set up machine programs based on seal type specifications and dimensional requirements.
Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret production orders and work instructions.
Machine parts according to customer specifications and required tolerance.
Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support overall production and customer service objectives as needed.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
The ability to read and interpret production documents and measurements accurately.
Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
A commitment to workplace safety and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Physical Requirements

Ability to routinely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to see and hear clearly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to accurately read measuring devices and inspect small components.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Manufacturing, machining, CNC operation, or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.
Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice overtime and occasional weekend call-ins as business needs require.
