This position focuses on the programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling and lathe machines. The applicant should be able to take a 3D CAD model and then use Mastercam to generate the toolpaths and fabricate the part on a CNC machine.

Responsibilities will include:

Operating CNC lathes, mills and gantry routers.
Generating toolpaths and fabricating parts.

Credentials/Experience:

Direct experience with the Haas control is desired.

- Experience with other basic machine shop tools is desired - manual mills and lathes, saws, welders, etc.

Much work is in aluminum, but any experience with titanium or other exotic alloys would be a bonus. Because we are a small company that builds a variety of parts, any other fabrication skills would be good - composites, wood, sheet-metal, etc.

An interest in aviation is preferred.

All compensation is based on experience.
