Full Job Description

Our busy chiropractic office is seeking an energetic, dependable, professional and positive individual with outstanding communication skills for each of our locations. Must be friendly, able to work in a fast pace environment and be able to multitask. Must be able to work independently but function as part of a team. Monday – Friday hours, 37- 40 hours/week.

Crossroads Chiropractic is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and promoting holistic wellness in our community. Our team focuses on compassionate care, personalized treatment plans, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Assist with patient intake
Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments
Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with positioning as needed
Provide assistance to chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments
Educate patients on chiropractic treatments, exercises, and home care instructions
Daily cleaning and maintaining an organized clinic environment is a key requirement.
Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing patient records and scheduling appointments as necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
A genuine passion for helping others and promoting wellness
