Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

REMAX Realty Group | In-House Creative & Marketing Team

Pittsford & Greece, NY Full-Time In-Person

Do you love making things look good — and making things happen? We're looking for a creative, detail-driven coordinator to help our real estate agents show up beautifully online and in print.

Join our in-house graphics and marketing team at REMAX Realty Group, where you'll elevate the visual identity of top-producing agents. From eye-catching social media content to polished print collateral, your work will be seen — and it will matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design and produce print collateral — property brochures, postcards, and agent promotional pieces — using our extensive template library as a launching pad for fresh, on-brand work
Manage and update agents' REMAX websites to keep their profiles current and polished
Create, schedule, and monitor social media content (photos, video, graphics) to grow agents' digital footprints
Communicate directly with agents to capture their vision, then execute it — accurately and on time
Proof your own work meticulously before print production or placement/posting
Juggle multiple projects and deadlines with pro-active, independent prioritization
Track performance and contribute to measurable growth in agents' online presence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

Sharp eye for detail — this role lives and dies by precision
Ability to self-manage: you don't wait to be told what to do next
Responsive communicator who can translate agent feedback into design decisions
Comfortable working on macOS
Ability to reliably commute to Pittsford (14534) primarily and Greece (14626), NY

Experience & Skills:

Graphic design experience (portfolio required)
Proficiency in one or more: Canva, Affinity, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) – and ability to learn quickly
Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Constant Contact, Mailchimp)
Video editing skills are a strong plus
Degree in Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus — recent graduates are encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

Pay Review: Performance and pay review after initial 3 months
