Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor / Front Desk Associate, where your energetic and welcoming presence will ensure seamless guest experiences during overnight hours. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, performing night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain the hotel’s smooth operation while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive first impression.
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hospitality reservation systems.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing solutions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and reservations through property management systems (PMS).
Ensure hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed diligently during overnight shifts.
Respond to phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable property management software.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations.
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality etiquette.
Previous night audit experience is preferred; resort experience is a plus.
