- Supplemental Pay Types: 100% commission-based pay. All salary ranges are estimates and based on full-time employment.
Requirements:
- Be a licensed Real Estate Agent or be willing to complete licensing courses and obtain your Real Estate License. Let us know if you're interested, and we can go over eligibility requirements more in depth.
- A real estate license is not required to apply; however, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. Ask us how you can SAVE UP TO 50% today on an online education class!*
- Be ready to dive into an extensive training program with our in-office Coaching program with individuals that are ready to train you for success. (Training is for licensed agents only).
- Bring high energy, technical & social media skills, dynamic presentation skills and be a team player!
Responsibilities:
- Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the real estate sales process.
- Implement fair housing regulations and real estate law knowledge to ensure compliance and ethical practices in all transactions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients and navigate complex real estate transactions.
- Manage social media platforms to promote listings and engage with potential buyers, enhancing marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other Real Estate Agents to coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings efficiently.
