*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Shift Leader to join our team at quick-service fast food restaurants at our Rochester, MN location. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations during their designated shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

*Duties include:

- Must memorize the menu 100%
-Make fast accurate sandwiches
- Work a POS system
- Manage shift operations, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth workflow
- Communicate with the GM and Area manager daily
- Provide training and guidance to team members on company policies and procedures
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Building sales
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Manage a team of 2-4 people
- Ability to move or lift up to 45 pounds
- Be able to slice meats and vegetables using a commercial deli meat slicer.
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency to complete daily tasks in a timely manner

*Requirements*

- Previous experience in shift management or supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to open and close the store
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous Assistant Manager or General Manager experience is a plus
