Registered Nurse (RN) – Mobile IV Infusion Therapy | Minnesota

About Dynamic Drips

Dynamic Drips is a Minnesota-founded, healthcare provider owned mobile IV infusion company on a mission to bring convenient, high-quality wellness directly to clients wherever they are — home, office, or on the go. As we grow, we're looking for RNs who share our passion for exceptional patient experiences and want the freedom of contract work without sacrificing quality of care.

About the Role

Dynamic Drips is looking for skilled, independent RNs to join our mobile IV infusion team as 1099 contractors. If you love hands-on patient care, enjoy variety in your workday, and want the flexibility of contract work, this could be a great fit. As a Mobile IV Infusion RN, you'll travel to clients' homes, offices, or events to administer IV vitamin therapy, hydration treatments, and wellness infusions, combining clinical skill with excellent bedside manner.

What You'll Do

Travel to client locations to administer IV infusions and injections per physician-approved protocols
Perform patient assessments prior to treatment, including vitals and health history review
Insert and manage IV lines safely and professionally
Monitor patients throughout infusion and respond to any adverse reactions
Maintain accurate documentation of visits and treatments
Provide a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for every client
Manage your own schedule and travel between appointments in your service area

What Dynamic Drips Requires

Active, unencumbered RN license in Minnesota
Current BLS/ACLS certification
Experience with IV therapy and/or phlebotomy
Minimum 1+ years of clinical nursing experience
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in the field
Ability to pass a background check

Details

Contract type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Location: Serving clients throughout Minnesota (and Wisconsin, if licensed)
Schedule: Flexible — set your own availability
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and visit volume
