As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in all facets of the execution of a project. This may include pre-planning, pre-construction, design, mobilization, construction, and closeout phases of each project. The position requires excellent listening and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Construction experience is preferred, but by no means required.

What We Ask of You:

Assist Project Managers with assembling and processing submittals, RFI’s, Shop Drawings, MWBE reporting, QAQC documentation.
Prepare and process project documents and requests for new and existing projects
Assist Project Managers with subcontractor and vendor communication
Facilitate documentation for the start and close of projects
Collection, preparation, and updating of Operational and Maintenance Manuals, Testing, and quality control reporting
Engage and process certified payroll for projects
Support Project Team members with any needs that arise

Experience & Competencies:

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
2-3 years of office experience
Construction industry experience is preferred but not required
Excellent phone etiquette & computer skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Need to have good organizational and communication skills
Must have the integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the company in the most professional, positive manner

The estimated compensation range for this role is $50,000–$70,000, based on individual experience, qualifications, and location.
