A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Rockland, ME. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Breakwater Commons, our newly built, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility in beautiful Rockland, Maine, offers a warm and supportive environment for our residents. Breakwater Commons specializes in post-acute rehab, long-term care, and memory care services. Our facility is proud to offer stunning ocean views, private rooms, a close-knit rehab team, and a culture focused on collaborative care and compassionate service. You will play an integral role in the rehabilitation of patients with diverse medical diagnosis. You will provide individualized therapy services in a collaborative, team-oriented setting, working closely with nurses, physicians, and other rehabilitation professionals. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will:

Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
Possess a current Occupational Therapist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Work well with others in a team setting
Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $30/hr - $38/hr
