Full Job Description

Site Manager – Nationwide Travel

Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: 30 Days On / 14 Days Off
Shifts: 12-hour shifts
Travel: Nationwide
Openings: 3
Per Diem: $30/day while traveling; $40/day once on site

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Site Managers / Hotel Managers / General Managers for nationwide travel assignments supporting man camp facilities for culinary crews.

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a large facility, managing staff, addressing resident concerns, and ensuring the facility operates efficiently and professionally.

Required Experience

Candidates should have hands-on experience managing a hotel, large facility, or hospitality operation.

Experience should include:

Hotel or hospitality operations
Housekeeping
Maintenance coordination
Front desk operations
Guest services
Staff supervision
Facility management
High-volume guest/customer environments
Handling guest complaints and resolving issues

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the man camp facility
Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff
Coordinate staffing and daily operational needs
Handle resident/guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Address Wi-Fi and other facility-related concerns
Manage high-volume check-ins and arrivals
Ensure residents receive excellent customer service
Communicate facility issues and coordinate appropriate solutions
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional facility
Ensure all departments are working together efficiently

High-Volume Environment

Candidates must be comfortable managing a large-scale facility with approximately 400–500 people checking in.

The role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple departments, staffing needs, resident concerns, complaints, and day-to-day operational challenges.

Travel, Housing & Per Diem

Nationwide travel required
30 days on / 14 days off
12-hour shifts
Drive time to the assignment is paid
Mileage is paid/reimbursed
$30/day per diem while traveling to the assignment
$40/day per diem once on site
If meals are provided by culinary, the per diem will be reduced accordingly
Hotel accommodations provided
Transportation provided to the work site

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has strong hotel or hospitality management experience and is comfortable taking full responsibility for a large-scale facility. Candidates should be strong leaders, highly organized, customer-service oriented, and able to handle high-volume operations and unexpected issues in a fast-paced environment.

Important: This position will be responsible for running a man camp facility. Candidates should have actual hotel, hospitality, or large-facility management experience and be able to transfer those skills to a large-scale camp environment.
