Collaborating across functions, members support payroll transformation to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for a large workforce. The group emphasizes scalable solutions, system performance optimization, and resolving complex challenges. Utilizing Agile methodology and SAP expertise, the team drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. It fosters a professional environment focused on business goals, leveraging technical skills such as API design, DevOps, and cloud-native architecture, while maintaining high standards in software development and project management to support Walmart’s mission.
What you'll do:
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.

Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

Lead system design reviews to validate feasibility, quality, and alignment with architectural standards.

Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features using multiple programming languages.

Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
