Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative graphic artist/retail consultant to join our team and drive sales through compelling design in our retail environment. Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More specializes in custom designed t-shirts for anyone and everyone. We are part of the community, working with businesses, schools, and individuals, creating personalized apparel and more. Our staff excels at making sure that all of our customers are happy, whether they order 1 item or 5,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design software and excellent customer service with capable communication skills to work as part of a team. As a Graphic Designer/Retail Consultant you will be responsible for interfacing with customers to promote sales, creating artwork, and managing design projects to ensure all customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities

Serve customers to achieve sales and production targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Manage customer transactions including: introducing new customers to the store, listening and responding to their vision, producing quotes and invoices, and generating artwork for printing production and on-time order fulfillment
Complete sales through customer communication such as phone, email, and in-person
Utilize inventory for sales and communicate restocking needs to maintain minimum required levels
Assist in the development of online client stores
Execute point of sale and cash register operations, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to cash handling policies
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth
Execute daily operations per system procedures
Maintain a clean, neat retail environment

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales or a similar role
Prior background in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator
Strong self-management skills with the ability to flow seamlessly between multiple projects and customer interactions
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in understanding various pricing models
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
