Full Job Description

Now Hiring: Press Machine Operator
Location: Rogers, AR
Pay Rate: $19.30 – $19.55 per hour
Shift Options: 2nd Shift, Mon – Fri, 3 PM–11:30 PM | 3rd Shift, Sun – Thurs, 11 PM–7:30 AM | Overtime as Needed

Looking for a solid Press Machine Operator job close to home? If you know how to keep machines moving and the line alive, we’ve got steady work and weekly pay with your name on it.

Press Machine Operator Requirements:

GED or diploma (trade school = bonus)
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to set up and operate computer-controlled press machines.
Experience using measuring gauges and performing quality inspections.
Ability to read blueprints and follow production specifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortably lifting to 33 lbs. and standing for an entire shift.
Basic computer skills for production reporting and data entry.
Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses required.

Press Machine Operator Job Duties:

Set up and operate Osterwalder, Dorst, or Teledyne carbide presses.
Load and unload inserts while monitoring machine performance.
Inspect parts using gauges and visual inspection equipment.
Pull product samples and record inspection results in computer systems.
Weigh and load tungsten powder for production.
Separate and document scrap and finished products accurately.
Maintain press tooling and perform minor machine adjustments.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support safe, efficient production.
