Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relations Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), project management, and cross-functional collaboration will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales skills, data analysis capabilities, and client services experience to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Manage client accounts using CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud, ensuring all interactions are accurately documented and updated.
Coordinate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and product development—to deliver seamless client service experiences and resolve issues promptly.
Oversee order processing using various tools, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and account history.
Prepare reports on customer activity, account status, and service metrics to inform strategic planning and operational improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, client relationship management, or account management within a SaaS (Software as a Service) or financial services environment.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms; experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis purposes.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve shared goals in a fast-moving setting.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently.
Familiarity with order processing tools and customer data analysis techniques is advantageous.
Prior experience in managing customer accounts within a SaaS or financial services context is preferred but not mandatory.
