Full Job Description

Position Summary:

・Managing the reception and completion of documents, electronic data, etc. from quality managers,

QC team leaders, QC team members, and business partners, as well as creating logs and manage progress. If there is a delay in the schedule, you will support the quality members for requested submission.

・Performs the issuance and completion management of documents issued by the department,

and stores the documents.

・Record progress management and support quality members for projects that require deadline

management.

・Assisting work of creating the revision of standards, etc., upon instructions by the quality

manager (via an interpreter).

・Support QC coordinator operations.

Principal Tasks:

・Monthly data management for Circle A, Circle F, Circle AR, etc. (Log management, data

storage, data approval circulation, demand for submission to business partners)

・CAR management (issuance circulation, deadline management, collection, termination

circulation, document storage)

・QCN management (maintenance, logs, system management)

・SAISP、PPCS management (Approval circulation, entry/exit management, supplier contact,

content adjustment “coordination with QTM”, QC follow-up)

・PPAP management (Adjustment of PPAP meeting scheduling for design changes, new

products, new transactions, and process changes “coordination with QC”, storage of meeting records, log management)

・FPAR reception, compilation of various data based on PPAP meetings, approval circulation,

approval document storage, log management

・RMMP reception, progress, log management

・Preparation of prototype/pilot inspection, inspection schedule, summary of inspection results,

approval circulation, data storage

・Compilation of relevant materials such as prototyping and pilot transition approvals under the

direction of the quality manager (via interpreter)

・Under the direction of the quality manager (through an interpreter), quality materials,

regulations, creation and log management of SAOSW, and storage of original documents

・Out sourced inspector dispatch management (daily report management, budget management,

quotation, purchase order request, invoice processing, etc.)

・Support for creating QC business partner visit plans and business travel requests

・Experienced in all aspects of QC and QC operations, and will assist and engage QC as

needed.

・Supports quality error handling such as parts sorting and measurement.

・Support for quality meetings and parts inspections for new parts, process change parts, etc.

・Perform other duties as directed.

WORK EXPERIENCE and JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. The ability to use Microsoft Office related software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.

2. Ability to participate in meetings and compile proceedings reports is required.

3. It is necessary to be able to act enthusiastically in everything and to have the ability to communicate with anyone.

4. The ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks is required.

5. Ability to execute with complying regulations, standards and procedures is required.

6. Ability to complete everything to the end.

7. The ability to follow the instructions of superiors and carry out duties is required.

8． Ability to cooperate with QC members to carry out work is necessary.
