Countryside Veterinary Clinic (CVC) is a local company in Lowville, New York, which owns and operates 4 general veterinary practices in the tri county area. Countryside has a vision to serve as the community’s number one choice for complete and compassionate pet care and a mission to continually enhance our services in an effort to improve the quality of life for all animals. We strive to provide exceptional health care with honest values and advanced veterinary standards.

CVC is always looking for outstanding individuals to join our team of Client Care Specialists (CCS). We are accepting applications for a part-time Client Care Specialist with a flexible schedule to work in our Boonville location at Foothills Veterinary Clinic. This is an entry level position, there is room for advancement in the future as qualifying positions open.

Our CCS:

Go above and beyond the expectations of good client service during every interaction.
Be friendly, upbeat, professional and courteous.
Excel working in chaos and take the stresses of the day in stride.
Be excellent at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a passion for helping people.
Be able to work between the hours of 7am-5pm Mon–Friday and 7am-3pm on Saturdays in our Lowville location. Shifts will vary.
